Return & Refund Policy

At The Daily Bread Co., we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your journal isn't the right fit, we accept returns under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery of your order.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The journal must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The journal must be returned in its original packaging.

  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

  • You must contact us to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items that have been used, written in, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as The Daily Bread Co. cannot guarantee receipt of items that are lost in transit.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

Please wait for return instructions before mailing your item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned journal has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and help resolve the problem.
